We went to see an apartment (A105) that was listed for $870 available September 7th. The lady said the apartment was an eviction and may not be available if the resident paid their rent. She said there were other apartments available. I asked if the price would be $870 for them. She replied "no," and said A105 would go up also. Had the correct price been listed and not falsely advertised we wouldn't have wasted our time going there.

Iâve had a great experience living at Reno Villas so far. The leasing office was extremely helpful during the move-in process and answered all of my questions quickly. The property is kept clean, parking has been easy to find, and the overall atmosphere feels welcoming. Iâm very happy with my decision to move here.

Pretty quiet complex. Units are on the smaller side and outdated for the pricing. Make sure you get a clear understanding of any âpromotionsâ as theyâre pretty deceptive with the âmove-in specialsâ.

I love living here. Maia and Jennifer are super nice in the office and the maintenance team always fixes any issues I have in my unit. I recommend living here especially if youâre looking for an affordable quiet community!
