I just want to give a shout out to Lisa one of the leasing agents in the office..I was in a situation and she helped me through it made it a lot less stressful for me She was amazing! We need more people like her. Since she started the phone actually gets answered!!!

My dishwasher started to malfunction and I was happy to see they sent Maurice.... He’s very thorough & professional. Every since he started doing maintenance at Tamarus Villas my request have been resolved with little to no wait.....

I move out after,two years,Tyler, the manger, had my 1000$dollar,deposited, she chage me for the carpet,when it rain,the window,seal would leak,on the lage,she want me to pay for the leak,air unit,leak,in july,110,heat,the air ,did not work for one week ,we had to go in a hotel,for 4 days,the water leak on the floor,and she want me to pay for the floor,door lock never work to the bed room,roches,every were,Tlyer,never sent no one to spray the appartment,in the usa,we don't live with bugs in your house,Tlyer,don't want to give you your deposite,back,and charge you money to fix the place up when you leave,and you pay for it,what did you do with my 1000$dollar,deposite,I don't no how they do it in japan,this is the USA.

I have been looking for a place for a few weeks and finally did a tour on this place last week. The area is convenient for me, and the rent seems reasonable. Lisa (from the office was AMAZING!!!! She was professional and very friendly. She was knowledgeable and kind. She took the time to explain the process and had no problem answering my questions. She is definitely an asset to her company, as she represents them with both pride and grace. Thank you again Lisa!|

I had a water leak under the dishwasher and I called the emergency maintenance service, Maurice responded to the emergency by doing an exceptional job clean and fast. Thank you for keeping the community comfortable.
