First place living in las vegas. Had a roach infestation from the previous tenants that I didnât know about. Ceiling also leaked twice and left damarge from storms. Building is from the 1970s and has mold problems that you even have to sign a safety waiver over. A/C is over 30 years old and has broke 3 times. Bad security, lots of things stolen from me. Maybe its just my apartment. The location is good and the neighbors are nice.
