Friendly and accomdating staff. Maintenance and cleanliness of grounds are always a priority. Pool on-site is also maintained/clean.

I moved in recently nd so far it has been a great experience ! Iâve lived in other apts but Tayler nd her staff rlly try to go above and beyond to help me out , wether itâs for a work order or asking general questions about the community and surrounding area . My neighbors are friendly too and everyone looks out for each other . I can honestly say I feel comfortable here and am happy to call this place home !!

If you want to be close to the strip, this is a good spot for you! Small community with a pool and gym equipment available during office hours .

Front office staff is always so nice and professional. Maintenance staff are all so friendly and on it! They are so quick to respond to my maintenance requests. Definitely recommend!

Iâve lived in these apartments for 5 years now and honestly Iâve lived in a lot of different apartments and this is the best experience Iâve had by far. From the cleanliness of the apartments to the people they let lease. They are very spot on with maintenance repairs have never taken more than 24 hours to be done. The leasing office is very interactive. Especially the manager Taylor she has never disappointed, always very interactive and professional. Even during Covid they made sure we were taken care of. I tell all my friends when they are looking to lease about my apartments.
