I personally haven’t had any issues with the girls and the office they always been very helpful to me nor had any major problems with my apartment but I have seen that some of the tenants here can be a#%h@&$ to the girls in the office which I feel is unfair I’ve been here for 3 years and truthfully the new people and the office are much nicer than the people before

The girls in the office are so rude. Can't say good morning to people when people say good morning to them, not willing to help when asked for help acts like there is a problem doing their job and Kat goes dressed to work like she is at the club. I just think if you don't like your job don't take it out on the public. Be nice to your tenant's and public they are the reason you have a job. How would like it if your tenants were treating you girls the way your treating your tenant's. Be nice its not that hard Kat and cici

The girls in the office are so rude. Arrived in July 2020, been here for 6 months. The Management is outstanding, very professional and will always articulate of maintaining their property. The porter team really make sure this place is clear of trash and unwanted squatters. Las Vegas has a serious problem with crime and homelessness and can be a dangerous place. Not here!!! The RENO VILLAS gave me a sensibility of warmth, seeing children playing and neighbors laughing walking their dogs. everyone here is just trying to live and mind their own business. This place was built in 1980's, might seem a bit outdated but the Management really care for their property and make this place a 5 STAR APPARTENT !!! Thank you RENO VILLAS! my stay here was pleasant.

Moved here in August, communication is key to keep things moving and CeCe is a great property manager that keeps in touch with you. Whether they are questions, concerns she gets the job done. Maintenance guy Steve is awesome, knowledgeable and also provides great communication. Currently in a one bedroom, which is a decent size just for myself. The location is prime, everything is nearby, the strip, the airport, grocery stores.
