I have nothing but good things to say about this complex and the ladies in the office. Throughout this pandemic they have been more than helpful and overstanding. Since the day I came to Reno villas they have embraced me with a warm welcome and almost a year later the hospitality is still extended. Keep up the good work ladies....

Completely agree with previous review. Also add the fact that they let people argue all hours of the night/day and act like they don't hear anything or ignore your complaints about noisy disrespectful neighbors. What else do you expect when you have elementary school children running the office. Please don't try to fake respond like you actually care about your residents. Accept this review as the truth and let future residents make the decision themselves with no lies. Be adults and leave it at that.

I personally haven’t had any issues with the girls and the office they always been very helpful to me nor had any major problems with my apartment but I have seen that some of the tenants here can be a#%h@&$ to the girls in the office which I feel is unfair I’ve been here for 3 years and truthfully the new people and the office are much nicer than the people before

The girls in the office are so rude. Can't say good morning to people when people say good morning to them, not willing to help when asked for help acts like there is a problem doing their job and Kat goes dressed to work like she is at the club. I just think if you don't like your job don't take it out on the public. Be nice to your tenant's and public they are the reason you have a job. Arrived in July 2020, been here for 6 months. The Management is outstanding, very professional and will always articulate of maintaining their property. The porter team really make sure this place is clear of trash and unwanted squatters. Las Vegas has a serious problem with crime and homelessness and can be a dangerous place. Not here!!! The RENO VILLAS gave me a sensibility of warmth, seeing children playing and neighbors laughing walking their dogs. everyone here is just trying to live and mind their own business. This place was built in 1980's, might seem a bit outdated but the Management really care for their property and make this place a 5 STAR APPARTENT !!! Thank you RENO VILLAS! my stay here was pleasant.
